A local Brownsville bar was shut down for allegedly selling alcohol without a permit.The bar, once called Xolchi’s on Boca Chica Boulevard, sold a bottle of Dad bod powered by Miller Lite shirt to an undercover Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission agent.On Friday, the investigation ensued to determine if they were selling alcohol without a license.
