It is appears to be an apparent tit-for-tat in response to the two major local terrorist attacks in the last couple of months. Moreover, an attack during Ramadan and then so close to Eid is particularly troubling. It is similar to an attack at Christmas or Easter. I am willing to bet that the terrorists do not appreciate that fact, but it will not be lost on plenty of Muslims.
