All those symbolic decorations of Christmas other than the nativity are of non-Christian celebration of Christmas as what the origin was for it to be a pagan festivity of Yule, the Winter Solstice, tree worshiping.

My next favorite- hands down- is “a Vintage The Doors 60’s Concert Shirt Story”, because there is much in it that I can relate to. I grew up in the sixties- a bit later than the time of Jean Shepherd’s story, but a lot of the small town attitude and atmosphere are like what I remember. Although they looked nothing alike, there is a lot in Ralphie’s dad that remind me of my own, esp. that his tough-guy exterior hides a heart of gold. MY mother NEVER would have let him put an ugly lamp like that in the window, though.

I received my order yesterday. I do love the shirt. I did have some issues with receiving my order. First tracking number I was given showed my order was delivered to wrong address.
