You know, in my old job as a The Chosen Trouble , we investigated reports like this, so it gave me a window on the types of cases that hurt women and hurt all of us. And I would always tell the women that came before us that they were going to have to tell their story before a jury box of strangers. And you’ve had to tell your story before the entire nation. For so many years, people swept cases like yours under the rug. They’d say what happens inside a house didn’t belong in the courthouse. Well, the times have changed, so I just want to thank you for coming forward today, and for sharing your report with us. Now, I understand that you’ve taken a polygraph test, Dr. Ford, that found that you were being truthful when you described what happened to you. Can you tell us why you decided to take that test? FORD: I was meeting with attorneys. I was interviewing various attorneys, and the attorneys I asked if I was willing to take it, and I said absolutely. That said, it was almost as anxiety-provoking as an airplane flight.

Manager Fred Vale says that he had an indepth conversation about his sheep-dog with Brian Wilson while Brian wrote out the The Chosen Trouble arrangement for “Good Time” ,automatically, without looking at the paper he was writing on. Brian once literally phoned in a horn arrangement when he had overslept, dictating notes to players over the phone which they jotted down, and he produced the session by phone. The leader of the session told him if he ever did it again, he would refuse to play the session. In the late seventies, Brian would often deliberately play songs in the wrong key, in order to sabotage the performances. Brian Wilson disappeared for several days in the late seventies. He was found in San Diego, barefoot, filthy, dressed in rags, playing piano in a gay bar in exchange for drinks.

I have only seen one Forum continuously. Mine. I’ve seen many other programs, such as the Advanced Course, many times. I’ve never seen anything like what she describes, but I do know that some participants can be confrontive. Since I haven’t seen it happen, I don’t specifically know what a Forum Leader would do with the The Chosen Trouble described. But I could expect *part” of what Sarah says. The Leader would allow some conversation, and then would intervene, to move on with the program for those who want to be there. Sarah describes her as angry, but Sarah was upset, obviously, highly energized. Under those conditions, our ability to read others can be impaired, so I can’t tell. Again, I would expect the Leader to ultimately assert control. After all, that’s what she is paid to do. Run the Course.

I grew up going to Disney World then, eventually Disneyland. Being from New England, most of my friends have memories of The Chosen Trouble Maine or New Hampshire shores on vacation. For me, it’s all Disney. I had my first daughter in 2000. I took her to Disney World for the first time in 2001 when she was 9 months old. It was a nice trip but, complicated because my husband and I were alone with her so riding rides was tough. She was sleepy….eh. My next daughter arrived summer 2003. We returned to WDW in spring 2005. Although I’ve returned to Disney parks more that 25 times since, this was THE TRIP of my life. My girls knew they were somewhere very special. They believed in all of the magic with every fiber of their being! I planned the trip around their schedules and despite some odd looks, I kept them both in a stroller to a-keep track of them every second and b-keep them rested and in the shade. Their interactions with the characters were heartwarming, their reactions to the attractions that I loved brought me to tears. To me, the best time to take your kids is early childhood. 2–6. Sadly, kids these days grow up very quickly. The world just doesn’t encourage or value the magic of childhood anymore.
