Have you ever visited Texas. I can tell you that it is still very much possible to be proud to be a Snoopy I may be old but im so good with my rod shirt. I mean, come on, America is currently dominating the world. It’s the only superpower (no China does not qualify just because their Olympics looked awesome) and is entirely self-sufficient. Just ask Dan Holliday what it would be like for America if the world sanctioned them. It’d be tough at first, but you’d survive. That’s the incredible economic power you hold. The power of isolation, which is also a military, political and social advantage. You don’t even have to learn any other languages than English, you don’t need to learn about the multitude of other cultures like we do in Europe and if anyone in the world ever wants to invade America, they’re going to have to cross tw0 oceans, something which has protected you more than your entire military throughout your short lifetime.

Snoopy I may be old but im so good with my rod shirt  is very little decent reporting on the causes of housing price inflation. Yes, we can all get outraged but how is this problem addressed?Since the 2008 crisis and quantitative easing, more money was put into the economy. IMO it was clear to investers that return on investment was going to be bigger in real estate than investing in companies and development. Allowing foreign buyers contributed but there was plenty of Canadian money just wanting a ROI too.We live largely in a plutocracy. The news distracts us from real causes instead of empowering us to make societal changes. I don’t think we can address effects like unaffordable housing without addressing a major cause of the global economy.

Except that 95% of horror movies are complete garbage and some almost redeem themselves but being unintentionally funny. Snoopy I may be old but im so good with my rod shirt are so dumbed down that we laugh because there’s no way to relate to the utterly moronic choices the typical protagonist makes in any given horror movie. Most of them toss any and all common sense out the door so far that even taking into account the completely absurd or life threatening panic situations they still have no connection to how humans behave under any circumstances. The whole genre is so often written just for dramatic effect with zero thought or reason on how a thing/plot/situation even came to be, but gee it sounded cool so let’s do it mind set that I find it more odd so many people enjoy these silly stupid movies.

It’s especially frustrating when the movie deliberately makes the characters do stupid things because it’s more realistic, and peopleon it because of that. I’ve heard people apply that attitude to Green Room and they completely miss the point. They’ll be like ” Snoopy I may be old but im so good with my rod shirt“. Like yeah no shit, they’re 19 years old and completely out of their element and terrified. Of course they’re decision making is going to be sketchy.
