It was still raining, so I had to drive slowly. This was wild—I was leading a huge truckload of Christmas trees to someone’s house I didn’t know. By the time we took off looking for the place, it was nearly midnight.
When we arrived, the homeowner had organized the entire neighborhood to help. Someone made hot chocolate and coffee, another baked brownies, and a few people started contacting the media. Amid the festive chaos, someone even rolled a bunch of joints. The atmosphere was fantastic!
With thousands of trees, the work took all night. We left around 3 AM, caught a little sleep, and came back at 8 AM. It was a madhouse. Hundreds of people came to claim their free Christmas trees. The newspaper, radio, and TV stations were there, capturing the excitement.
The giveaway continued all day, but there were still plenty of trees left. When we returned the next day, even bigger crowds showed up. The media was back, and it became a true Christmas feel-good story.

The Philadelphia Eagles Birds All Day Sunset Hawaiian Shirt new year is known as Chinese new year, and it is normally celebrated around late January to sometime in February. This year it is on the 25th of January 2020 ( depends on the country ). In most of the Asian countries, people celebrate the lunar new year. All most all the Asian countries celebrate it, but you won’t find much for the lunar new year in Japan. The reason why the Japanese don’t celebrate it is told that in 1872, there were intercalary months the new year became 13 months and the government found it hard today wage for 13 months to people, so Japan stopped using lunar calendar and switched to using solar calendar but it still is not sure if that was the reason Japan changed to use solar calendar. Chinese town in Japan, of course, celebrate Lunar new year, and you can see the annual lantern festival in Nagasaki. It used to be a festival only for Chinese people living there to celebrate the lunar new year, but now it became an event for the whole Nagasaki city for people to enjoy the Chinese culture.

For us it depends, if we’re hosting thanksgiving at our house then we will typically start put up the Philadelphia Eagles Birds All Day Sunset Hawaiian Shirt on thanksgiving weekend, sometimes even right before after thanksgiving dinner. Since we have guests over we use that as an excuse to take advantage of the additional helping hands. Instead of asking for help in the kitchen we’ll get through decorations. Plus I think it also makes for a decent pre-dinner workout activity. If we’re not hosting thanksgiving then we’ll put up the decorations little by little with the aim to finish by December 1st. I don’t know why but I like the idea of being able to enjoy the lights all throughout December. As for when we’ll take them down, there’s no set date but we definitely keep them up past New Years and at least a few weeks into January. I think the longest we had them up was until Valentine’s Day, we had spent the entire most of January in Florida that one year.
