At the time we already have a few dogs and cats at home (I live on a farm) and so my mom was uncertain if we could take care of her, but the guy with the truck said “I can’t keep her; we’ve got 4 dogs at home and we can’t afford another.” Well, my mom was also born and raised on a farm and loves animals so she said, “I can’t fit her in my car, can you drive her back to my house?” So 10 minutes later this little ~6 month old dog is at our house where we give her fresh food and water and call the vet so she can be checked up.
