Michigan has been turning the Personalized B U N D A B E R G 3d All Over Print Ugly Christmas Sweater at an exceptional rate. 13 drives killed this year by turnovers, if that happens it’s hard not to picture an easy win for PSU. That said, winning the turnover battle and establishing the run are two things that will need to happen for UM win this game. PSU has an incredibly athletic defense, but they are young and much like UM’s their overaggressive nature can potentially be exploited. A lot has to go right for it to happen, but writing off Michigan as though they haven’t dominated PSU the last 5 years is naive. Michigan can’t afford to get down by multiple scores early in this game, it will wipe whatever semblance of a game plan they are coming into this with and let PSU tee off after Shea. Score early, build confidence, establish the run, and don’t fucking fumble. Go Blue!

If I’m looking at this game on paper it’s hard to see Penn State’s point of attack. OSU holds its opponents to 61% of their per-game rushing yardage and 71% of their per-game passing yardage. Everyone will point to Rutgers getting 21 on us, but we still only gave up 230 total yards of offense in our “worst” defensive showing of the Personalized B U N D A B E R G 3d All Over Print Ugly Christmas Sweater. Clifford has made some pretty egregious throws during the course of the season and that’s without Chase Young in the game. If Hamler’s not 100% I just don’t know how PSU generates a passing attack. Offensively OSU probably won’t find it as easy to run on Penn State as they have on other teams, but I don’t think they’ve played a team that can run the zone-read at Ohio State’s level. The best rushing teams on their schedule to date are Minnesota and Michigan, and no disrespect to Tanner Morgan (plenty of disrespect to Shea Patterson though), those guys cannot run like Justin Fields can run. PSU will be spread out wide across the field, it’ll come down to six-on-six, and Penn State will need to win that consistently if they want to stop us on the ground. Through the air, Penn State should be scared. OSU wideouts have been getting horrendously open all season. Seriously, cue up a highlight reel from basically any OSU game, and you’re gonna see someone with about a 20-yard cushion of space catching an easy TD. It’s absurd, and I honestly think Chris Olave is getting a little disrespected nationally. So anyway, all that being considered, {Ohio State} barely squeaks it out, 27-24, because Penn State does shit like that and it raises my blood pressure every single year.

Apps is used sometimes but I’m not sure if its “officially” used by the Personalized B U N D A B E R G 3d All Over Print Ugly Christmas Sweater. The only things that I know of that really grind the gears of App fans is when people refer to us as “Appy State” or when they mispronounce “AppalaCHian State” and say it “AppalAYchian State” edit: Since the other comment questioning AppalACHian v AppalAYShian was deleted Ill post this here in case anyone wants to learn some fun facts. I don’t get super upset about it, but it is the easiest way for people not from southern Appalachia to let people who are from the region know that, they “aint from round these parts” Although, I was told by a professor in an “Appalachian History and Culture” class that it is pronounced “AppalaCHian”. Any other pronunciation is incorrect. Spanish explorers came to America looking for gold and other nice stuff and they met a tribe of people near modern day Tallahassee, Florida. This tribe, known as the “Apalachee”, which is pronounced Appa-Latch-EE, spoke a language that did not have a “long A” sound that english has, so there would be no “lay” in the word. Eventually the natives got pissed at the Spanish for constantly asking about non-existent gold and they told the explorers to just head north until you hit the mountains, then you will find the gold. The Spanish left, headed north, found no gold, but named the mountain range after the tribe, and it is currently one of the oldest surviving European place-names in North America.
