My sister in law purchased her home for 299k in 2008, she just had it appraised at 890K with renovations she’s done over the last 10 years which were maybe 100k over that period. The stack of relator cards left in the front door is laughable, my bro in law and I were outside while one walked up. Said has a buyer immediately and would charge 3% vs 5% commission.

Funny story about this when I went to the theatre to watch the Pennywise horror halloween float shirt, the theatre was packed. I had the misfortune to sit right next to a little snot that criticized the film the whole time. Until the ending when they jump out of their seat and screamed like a little girl. I ended up laughing and thinking that’s what you get.I think people are just enjoying being contrarian at that point. It’s annoying. I have to admit… sometimes its hard to understand what people like.

I often laugh at horror movies and I’m a serious horror fan. My reasoning is usually weighed by how ridiculous most emotions or human responses are portrayed. Sometimes it concerns me.
