While new heroes are a good idea, they should mostly stand on their own merits not pull in or buy into 60 years of history of one well established character or another. IT is high time they recreated a new version of the heroes like they did in the sixties at DC, but totally disconnect them from the old heroes. instead we get 52 universes with stupid versions of the same characters. nothing new.
