I’ve seen both sides of the coin. I was a Official Hail To Purdue Shirt. Looking back on pictures is hard, I just see a sad and lost little girl. High school and early adulthood were awkward too. A lot just from being able to walk again but also because nutrition was the thing I was really able to control during recovery. It kind of sparked an attitude glow up, and I got engaged/married after, which had me thinking a lot about my appearance. My weight has balanced out, my cellulite is looking more like a Official Hail To Purdue Shirt than dimples and my cuticles are worse than ever, but I’m really vibing with how I look in my mid 30’s. I went to my high school reunion last month after skipping the previous ones and two women said I looked “powerful.” So I guess I just want to appeal to the Official Hail To Purdue Shirt

After striking out really bad on Tinder years ago before I was married, I decided to create a fake account and pose as a Official Hail To Purdue Shirt to see what their experience was like. When you compare the last 40 years of Iowa State and Kansas, you see a ton of similarities in geography, lack of resources, struggle for success etc..but the one thing that hasn’t wavered at Iowa state is fan support.
