I’m so sorry you’ve had to go through all of this. Your post really resonates with me. I don’t have a Official Every Child Matters shirt but I am fat and have permanent nerve damage in my face from a car accident when I was 13. Half my face was paralyzed after the Official Every Child Matters shirtand it’s only healed about half way. So my face is asymmetrical, I can smile only halfway and I have fucked up teeth that I’m still dealing with after 20years. But the last 20 years I’ve felt very similar to you. Ugly, deformed, like I’m worthless because people don’t approach me ever, or they talk about me behind my back. Romantic and platonic relationships are hard for me and I’ve always assumed it’s because at first glance, it looks like something is wrong with me and people don’t want to deal with me or be seen with me. It’s isolating. But I have managed to find my partner and we’ve been together for almost 4 years. So it is possible to find someone who loves you for who you are, as you are. I’m glad I never saw the posts you’re referencing too. I get the sentiment but people need fi realize the impact of Official Every Child Matters shirt words and the privileges they have.

I wasn’t even expecting something themed off my main! — but if nothing else, some variant of SpiceQueen should serve (the other two…is that a CS Lewis reference? And I love LadyPepperVisage just on an aesthetic level, but I’m almost positive there’s some kind of wordplay or cultural reference there that I’m missing, and it’s just going over my head.) I started playing around with SpiceMissFlo, MsFloSpice, etc, after seeing yours, but after a second I paused and wondered if the Dune books* even register much of a presence with women readers, or if that sort of scifi is largely a “Official Every Child Matters shirt” kind of fiction. That got me onto something that is definitely going to complicate this exercise: even if there’s nothing overly “boy-like” in how I talk, the subs I frequent and at least some of the cultural references I have (and some that I won’t!) will likely cause my experience in a conversation to differ at times from what’s “typical” for women on this site. How big a Official Every Child Matters shirt that’ll be, I couldn’t guess…another reason to give this a shot, IMHO.
