Oakland Raiders Minion Christmas Ugly Sweater
When I started my first “real” job in I.T., I was told that it was traditional for new female employees to receive suggestive gifts in the Oakland Raiders Minion Christmas Ugly Sweater. Thus prepared, I put on a carefree smile when I unwrapped a dildo. I did the whole “cool girl” thing. “Haha, guys, good one!”. Mistake. The following year, I got even more lewd gifts, which didn’t make sense, because I wasn’t a newbie anymore. Oh well, whatever. The next year, my gift was a planter in the shape of a horrifically stereotypical Native American man, with a cactus sticking out of his pants. So, crude and racist. I finally had enough. I lifted the thing over my head in front of everyone and flung it with all my strength into the garbage. The sound of shattering ceramic was deafening, as was the ensuing silence. The year after that, I got a non-offensive candle.

It’s rough, yeah — I definitely appreciate that both sides are struggling, and thanks for commiserating with the male experience, lol. I feel like dudes gotta worry about getting labeled as a Oakland Raiders Minion Christmas Ugly Sweater or accused of rape, while girls gotta worry about being raped or being murdered. Not willing to venture which one is worse, because the odds of each situation aren’t the same, but acknowledging both sides have it rough and working on solutions together is the way forward. (For what it’s worth, my deeply held opinion is that women would be better served by reaching out to men that catch their eye — its a complex take, but frankly I think it’s the most feminist way to date. Men need to work on solidifying and deepening their friendships, — both male and female and through that reduce or create more ingroups of men that are “safe” for women to spend time with/around.)

I don’t have a Oakland Raiders Minion Christmas Ugly Sweater with people promoting their only fans BUT GODDAMN there’s a respectable time and place to do such things!! She knew dam well what she was doing in handing the cards to only TAKEN straight men at a FAMILY event. She has so many other outlets to promote her OF. This was never going to go well. And personally I see no benefit in promoting it at family events other than money which she must be desperate for to not only cross so many boundaries but to disrespect everyone like this. Personally the money wouldn’t be worth the drama or the idea of family members looking at my sexual content like that. And I just think it’s smarter and safer to promote mainly to people you don’t personally know. Though I will say her actions did expose which partners were liars and sneaks. Sad that only one person told their partner the truth.
