The city is not huge, which is nice. Can you tour both colleges? They’re both great schools and I think your personal decision will come down to two things. How do you feel on the campus? When I toured other colleges, none of them felt ‘right’ – Plattsburgh, on the other hand, had me feeling right at home. Another thing you need to consider is the scholarship money. With this said, your college choice should never be based on how much money you are saving, but it is something to consider. If you attend Plattsburgh simply for the money you will save, it’s not worth it. College should (actually) be some of the best years of your life. Don’t put a dark mark on it by attending a school you don’t love.
