I recently got off methadone after 10 years ( my gp seems to think I should be a lifer, I think I need holistic health care) & my guts have improved a lot. My cycle is a few days of nothing, dried out constipation, then an enormous poo followed by extreme diarhea. Way better than once a fortnight. I’m really worried the hirshsprungs is back or the scar tissue narrowing will require major surgery by the time I’m seen.

If you speak Mandarin well then your considered a CCP minion. Look at how they treat filipinos and indians. In Singapore, we have many Singaporean- indian ministers. Whereas for HK, It’s a racial monocultural society . So it’s thoroughly disingenuous you speak as if you are concerned about the PR Chinese and want well for them , when your message all the while has been pretty much fuck-china and fuck-the-chinese, and fuck everyone who criticizes HK. HK has alot of issues that they need to confront and solve themselves. Piling it all on China and blaming and hating the Chinese is not the solution forward for HK.

I do not think I can express enough how thankful I am to have found this post.
