Never Thought I’d Be Wearing A Unicorn Shirt Unicorn shirt
Yeah it’s definitely a big deal but alot of my friends and Never Thought I’d Be Wearing A Unicorn Shirt Unicorn shirt I discuss music with was calling it mid and I know there’s a large portion of people disappointedthis was easily my favorite hip hop album of the year and i think its uzis best to date (the original, not the deluxe). i think its going to be relly influential as well. weve already seen it influnceing the hyperpop scene and pop hunnas whole sound is basically biting EA. i get why people dislike it but i think criticisms that its generic and boring are wrong. the production is so dancy and ethereal, no other big rapper was on production like thisLuv is Rage 2 has no misses for me and his best songs collectively but I definitely think Eternal Atake does a better job at being a more cohesive projectI feel like the hate you see is a small minority. It got excellent reviews, an 84 on Metacritic even, and sold an insane amount. And, cliched as this is, EA was a more consistent album for me but LIR2 had higher highs. LIR2 is an album I shuffle but this is one I play in its entirety if that makes sense.

Best Never Thought I’d Be Wearing A Unicorn Shirt Unicorn shirt
Gonna be real I really didn’t think this album was all that good, I think the opener and Venetia were the only tracks I really went back to that much on the original and a couple others on the deluxe (21 savage track was solid too IIRC). Appreciate your writeup though, I’ll give the album another listen sometime.I don’t really like Never Thought I’d Be Wearing A Unicorn Shirt Unicorn shirt , I think it contributes to the bloating that we’ve seen increase during the streaming era and especially with albums like this it leads to 30+ track projects that could’ve been trimmed down to 15 and actually have been really solid projects. I get that some people just want more music and that’s cool, happy for them but I’m definitely an album person so I don’t really like the trend. Similarly, I don’t like the trend towards the deluxe version being a whole other album, I think it’s a dumb marketing gimmickI kind of only got into hop hop around February of this year, and EA was like my first album I ever listened to upon release. I got to experience the hype of the release, and it was really a special feelingThe first 3 tracks were so hype, and then at the time I felt like it dipped down in quality. It got better the more I listened to it though, and now I can really appreciate a lot more of the songs. The midsection, with all the choir based beats, is really different from anything else I’ve heard, and I just love the sound in general.I was shocked when the deluxe released in the next week. I enjoyed that one even more than EA, and thought songs like Yessirski, No Auto, and Moon Relate were brilliant. This was a great write-up that sums up what makes the albums good, and gave me, a newer Uzi fan, an interesting insight into the circumstances around the release
