My Bichon Frise died last year at 14 1/2. I adopted him when he was 7 weeks old. He was a very independent dog. I don’t know whether this was something I taught him or just his personality. Naturally both of these items of mail arriving as they did on Christmas Eve somewhat marred my Christmases in those two years.
