And I watched NHL here and there but never really supported a particular team. Then the Wranglers went away and VGK was created. I was on board at first because I like hockey and having a pro team in our city would be cool, right? But after the shooting and everything that happened, to watch how the VGK team embraced the community and what it did for us as a city, there will never be any sports team more tied to my heart than VGK. They solidified themselves into this community and won our hearts and our support for good, and pretty much every true local will agree.
