The takers are in charge? Where I’m from, a giver just means someone with a Japanese Culture Sakura Nishikigoi Carp Fish Pond Koi Carp hoodie, tank top, sweater, who pays taxes. Most politicians have done so in their life and most of them haven’t been living entirely on government money. And, if you didn’t know, the entire purpose of a government, in any country, is to tax it’s populace and the turn the population’s money into services for the population, which would be too difficult for any average citizen to oversee on their own. On that point, America has finally reached a point that we, in Denmark, did in the 50’s. You have universal healthcare, even though you couldn’t go through with it entirely without cutting the insurance companies in on the deal. Welfare is not a bad thing. It seems like the word is cursed to you, but I actually consider it a very positive word. You’re probably going to vomit, but I also consider the word “socialist” positive in many a way. I identify as one myself. And I support the welfare state that my country uses 100%. That’s pretty much the only thing about my country that I’m willing to fight to protect. (Don’t really know what Americans are willing to die for.)

I am not a professional advisor but I am someone who wasted 5 years of her life hiding behind ‘Depression’. I was young, beautiful and I used to be that student who is the naughtiest but gets the highest scores. When I started college, I had this major heartbreak because the “love of my Japanese Culture Sakura Nishikigoi Carp Fish Pond Koi Carp hoodie, tank top, sweater” was cheating on me. Long story short, my grades started dropping. Which hurt my ego and I dropped out of college for 3 years. I was supposed to be a doctor, but that didn’t happen obviously. But I am still young and beautiful.

Taxes on people buying houses without living in them, taxes on house flipping. Those two things right there would go a long way in solving the Japanese Culture Sakura Nishikigoi Carp Fish Pond Koi Carp hoodie, tank top, sweater housing problem. The only way ordinary people are going to be able to afford to buy homes in most cities (because a choice between a 2 hour daily commute and just renting an apartment is a bullshit choice) is to stop the chain of rich investors/investment groups charging overpriced rent until they can find someone to buy the house they own to another rich investor/investment group who will then increase the already overpriced rent because the “value went up”. It’s all a steaming pile of bullshit. Homes are for living in, not for playing fuck fuck investment games for rich people to make even more money to add to their pile.

Pretty much where I’m at.I make well above the Japanese Culture Sakura Nishikigoi Carp Fish Pond Koi Carp hoodie, tank top, sweater wage per hour working in construction, and the math just doesn’t work out for me regarding home ownership. Why would I break my back and do 60 hours/week so I could barely afford the mortgage on a small home when I could just live with my family? Instead, I work 25ish hours a week which more than covers my share of the bills since the house doesn’t have a mortgage, and leaves me with enough money for some investing and spending. One day I’ll inherit and have the place to myself, and I’ve come to terms with that I guess. The free time is nice but I’d honestly be just fine with working more – the payoff however isn’t there because of how completely out of reach home ownership is without a debt load which is courting disaster.
