In any other non-embargo scenario it would be #1. Take for instance, virtually every country next to China has China as its #1 trade partner and virtually every other country next to America has the US as the #1 trade partner.Can you tell me how that will keep the money out of the dictators pockets?The US already trades food and medicine and allows travel to the Cuba, so you can spend money there. I really don’t get it, are we talking Playstations here?Stop giving communist dictators a free pass, just read their own literature and you will see why it fails. The idea of it is installing a leader to “guide the change”. Problem is, that leader, never leaves.

To give an example, it’s about $80-90 pesos for 1lb of beans, but the average Cuban who actually works makes about 250 pesos a month.to add: they want liberty to travel, and to vote for their own leaders and decisions.
