I picked Rats’ Alley because of the Sirius in it. I really like how it shows the effect of Azkaban on him. The whole plot around the Ministry making Severus wear the muzzle and making Sirius his keeper was delicious! The fic really has a lot of room for creativity in building backstories for Sirius and Severus because of when it was written. No Lily, no Hallows, no Horcruxes.
