The Nation with the most money, the largest military, and the biggest nuclear arsenal are about to become a totalitarian nation akin to Hitler’s Germany and Stalin’s Russia. Russia and Iran have joined together, I’m assuming with China and North Korea to follow. If the USA becomes a totalitarian state, we’re looking at a new world order.

I am going to get downvoted for this, but one aspect of Don’t try this at home that’s my job art shirt, (and only one aspect) applies. Culturally, enslaved Africans benefited from close contact with white slave owners, despite the many other shortcomings of this contact. Some were able to learn to read, play musical instruments, and discern many other discrete cultural markers for success. In my genealogical research, I see so very many great African American families. I contrast them with Native American families, since I have yet to discern any comparable families, with the exception of the Cadotte fur trader family of the 1800s, of which I claim some relation. I have yet to see one Native American family that compares to the numerous great African American dynasties. The reason that I deduce without any study is that the Native American contact with cultural markers was limited due to being placed on reservations. Another is that Native American cultural preservation was a concern. I would be more than happy to provide numerous examples of the great African American families.

Because, in the end of the day, it suggest they wouldn’t learn this skills unless slavery happened. But HEY, they learned some pretty nifty tricks while it happened. So not everything bad came out of it. Let’s pat ourselves on the back now” Not saying you are saying that of course, just the action of trying to make light of a horrible event.
