Penn State will throw some great passes, that much is obvious, but there run game hasn’t been as stellar as it once was. I think a Penn State team that can’t establish a good run game against Iowa tips the scale slightly in Iowa’s favor. I could see the final score something like {Iowa} 24-17 Penn State.
