This game will be streaky, back and forth. But Minnesota will not be facing a B1G crossover Patsy like Rutger or Maryland here. Penn State hasn’t lost to a B1G West team since 2015. {Penn State} in a close one which shows that Minnesota isn’t a nobody but still isn’t ready to row that boat to shore.
