I can understand the original thoughts and plan that testing negative once (in Japan), and then having being asymptomatic for 14 days was originally reassuring. But due to the new info in the last week, I wonder if a 2nd test at min. even if asymptomatic, would be prudent?

I eventually got it under control with daily docusate and Miralax, then was able to wean myself off of those over a year or two. Now the constipation issue is pretty much totally gone. I still have a lot of GI issues (tons of bloating and cramping pretty much whenever I eat) that I control with daily medication, but at least the constipation’s over.
