Regarding Brian Warner and his ex partners, I don’t know what happened. I’m not really a Captain America and Iron Man back to the future Avengers to the Endgame shirt fan of celebrity gossip most of the time I guess is more accurate (since it seems Ive commented on posts regarding celebrities in the past as someone pointed out something to me recently from almost a year ago?) If he did do it, he’s not the first and won’t be the last in music or otherwise. There’s never a last for some reason and it sucks.

In both of these arguments, I asserted that these individuals should be protected from Captain America and Iron Man back to the future Avengers to the Endgame shirt due to constitutional prohibitions on cruel and unusual punishment and the lack of societal benefit gained from the suffering of an individual. In both of these debates I was met with very emotion-driven responses from people saying that those individuals are “getting what they deserve”. On a personal level I don’t necessarily disagree or care that much but this isn’t an issue of the personal level. This is an issue of broad structural and cultural forces that promote a biblically vengeful penal culture and the stigmatization of all inmates. This is an issue of a culture that prefers promoting the suffering of the convicted as an end unto itself over rehabilitation (or isolation of those who cannot be rehabilitated.

On one of my nights there I paid 5.00 to go up on a balcony and throw beads supplied by the Captain America and Iron Man back to the future Avengers to the Endgame shirt. That was fun. People on the street below threw me some cool beads a few times. Some are nicer than others. I saved one with plastic dolphins and one with the Mardi Gras colors of purple, yellow and green. Some of the bars have their own beads with advertisements and flashing lights. One night I was walking along and a guy comes up to a balcony and tries to throw a beer up to the people. Well he didn’t get enough curve in and it went right back down and hit a guy on the head. There would have been a fight but the beer thrower was out of there fast. If you are really in the need for beads you can always wait until the last day when the streets are full of beads. Probably not in the best condition by then. I did wait to watch the street cleaners clean up loads and loads of beads and various other things left behind. Never seen anything like it.
