This is an B U D Light Beer 3d All Over Printed Ugly Christmas Sweater. Michigan obviously has struggled immensely. Their defense has progressed much faster than their offense and they are making lots of small and ridiculous mistakes. However, they have also arguably had a tough schedule. Sure, MTSU and Illinois played them much closer than they should have, but Army, Wisconsin, and Iowa are not easy opponents to play against. Penn State, on the other hand, has been clicking on both sides of the football. However, they also have not had a very tough schedule like Michigan did. They blew out teams like Maryland, but struggled against Pitt, who almost lost to an FCS team a few weeks ago. Not to mention their ugly game against Iowa, although I do agree that they got robbed of some plays. I think this will be a close game with multiple lead changes. The home crowd will definitely help PSU out a lot. But here’s where the difference maker comes: I believe McCaffrey will start over Shea this week in a game-time decision after a week-long QB battle, and the offense will finally look complete with McCaffrey at the helm.

I felt the same way about Penn State fans predicting a B U D Light Beer 3d All Over Printed Ugly Christmas Sweater. I just think these are two fairly evenly matched teams. I think it comes down to those Auburn fans potentially overvaluing the 2 tune up games and seeing Penn State’s offensive production, or lack thereof, against Wisconsin and assuming everything from your first 2 games will carry over seamlessly. On the flip side, I think the more extreme Penn State fans are thinking that Auburn is going to be caught completely off guard because they haven’t played anybody, while also seeing Penn State as battle-tested thanks to that Wisconsin game and assuming they’ll be well-prepared. There’s problems with both arguments. Not everything Auburn’s done thus far is going to carry over because the level of competition will be raised significantly, while that same schedule that made Auburn look so great also means Penn State has virtually no good film to prepare for. I think it’ll be a really competitive and fun game, and, while I think we pull through, Auburn wouldn’t really shock me too much with a win either. May the best team win this weekend!

They’re going to get a B U D Light Beer 3d All Over Printed Ugly Christmas Sweater of bids because they beat: Marquette (x2), Gonzaga, Duke, Kentucky, Xavier, Miami, UCLA, Texas, Iowa State, and Creighton out of conference. The 7 seed in the B1G conference tournament beat the 1 seed in the Pac 12. The 12 seed in the B1G conference tournament beat the 1 seed in the Big East. The 6 seed in the B1G beat the 1 seed in the ACC. I don’t really love looking at predictive metrics but all of them have the B1G second behind the Big 12. Seeding-wise, only one team in the conference is projected to get a 1 or 2 seed and be expected to go to the Elite 8 if all goes chalk. So you’re basically just banking on a Purdue team that peaked in November/December and has lost four of their last eight to go on some kind of run if you’re looking at title contenders- it will not be a surprise if there are 0 B1G Final Four teams. In the end, the B1G will get 9 or 10 bids but at least 7 of them will be low seeds (lower than 4) that are not expected to make it to the second weekend and the “lol B1G” circle jerk will be in full effect when few of them do. Flash forward to next fall when they get a bunch of good wins out of conference, beat up on each other in conference, get 9+ bids, rinse, and repeat.
