I have too had problems with online goods ordered from House of Welcome home Dustin shirt. I ordered a pair of converse mid May to be delivered to my local Asda. Paid fully & delivery of 5.99. I received an email on 19th to say they had been collected for delivery by courier & nothing since! The online contact form is a joke as only one response to say they would look into it with the Asda store. Never mind that….I paid HOF not Asda….. nearly a month on. Nothing. I for one will never be shopping there again. And I’ve lost my 50quid into the bargain!!!! Very angry & annoyed that this seller does not want to take any responsibility for missing orders. Disgusting service!
