When I was in third grade, a fellow classmate came to class dressed in a tank top, shorts, and the same dirty tennis shoes he wore every day. The boy’s name was Brandon. He was very skinny, had dark circles under his eyes, very thin hair, and I Wasn’t Made For Winter Shirt. I think about that day often. It was the dead middle of winter.

I see a lot of comments on here about the parents not caring about him; if they did they wouldn’t let him go to school dressed like that. Has anyone thought that since we do not have all the facts that maybe I Wasn’t Made For Winter Shirt that was very sick and that he was trying to take care of. A lot to the story that we don’t know. Just glad that the teacher and the school tried to help him out.

Although we were on the lower end of this spectrum, I never went with out. My mom saw to it. It may have been hand me downs or home made or mended or darned. My mom taught me to care for I Wasn’t Made For Winter Shirt. I had a best friend who only had a sweater in the dead of cold winter. My cousin had handed down a coat. I had told my mom about Susie. My mom showed my the story in the bible of the Good Samaritan. It was a teaching moment.
