It rained really bad one time and my car was flooded, I packed up and moved back to dallas when I found a new job in 2013. And glad I did. Keep your head up houstonians, bad times don’t last always.

That Saturday was a nightmare. My family and I slept in our closet. Tornadoes were touching down all over and the night of the 26th-27th the Valentines Day T shirt XOXO Buffalo Plaid Hearts Shirt was relentless and unforgiving. Our phones were going off every other hour with tornado and flash flood warnings and the streets turned to rivers and lakes. We were fortunate to come out unscathed but felt the pain of our houston neighbors as we got text messages and shared fb post to save those in need of rescuing. It was traumatizing, to say the least, and I still have a sense of sensory overload. Definetly having issues as I’ve been unable to read or watch tv.
