My daughter has not lived in my house hold for years AND State Farm I’ll be there for you shirt, AND has here own vehicle and policy. So, for some reason, State Farm has decided to charge me fifty bucks a month for having a Youthful driver in my house! WTF. This, by the way, is AFTER 3 phone conversations on the subject AND their stating that they understood AND that is would be taken care of. Freaking idiots. Both Corporate AND Local office said they would take care of it. Pretty Lame. Maybe they should stop all this facebook crap and do their jobs right instead. Piss Poor Customer Service..

My State Farm policy was through Rob Cutting in Wilmington, NC. Here’s my story: I’ve had State Farm since 1994 when I was old enough to drive, and they have failed to come through on my very first claim (last year). My auto claim is STILL OPEN AFTER NEARLY A YEAR, I am driving a vehicle that has State Farm I’ll be there for you shirt but State Farm insisted on fixing despite the repair costs being nearly 90% the cost of the vehicle, and they are ignoring all of my requests for assistance. Not to mention the accident was determined to be the other driver’s fault! Do yourself a favor and run far, far away from State Farm!!
