And judge frank Caprio shows there’s are payment plans and he shows in good faith if a person really didn’t mean to break the law he try to help them. I think this Judge is so on point on how the courts are really ran. And he gives them a chance to better themselves and if not then he lets them know that he want be so generous next time. And he doesn’t snap and sound rude
