Use any of these steps and even modify the yourself. You can even put some glue or double sided tape on the wire arms if you want the cloth to stay in place over that. If you use a soft or pliable enough wire you can reposition the arms for a spooky look and to make them different when you hang them up. Different size styro-balls will require different lengths of wire depending on how much “shape” you want the ghosts to have. Some will look cool with no wire at all and you can always double up on the cheesecloth for a more solid look. Another option is to use little toy skeleton heads instead of the styro balls for the head. This can be a fun and rewarding project if you do it well, and you’ll like most of these even better than the cheap ones you buy in the stores. Homemade HaLLoWeeN decorations can be a lot better than things you buy when they’re done well.
