Is there a problem with House of New York Yankees savages in the box shirt? I did a next day order on Thursday evening and nothing at all – and its now Tuesday – and still showing as processing. Sent a contact form yesterday morning, no webchat service coming up and the phone number is dead. Am I going to have my order honoured or do I contact my credit card to cancel it?

2 weeks ago I ordered 3 bracelets for next day delivery, one of the New York Yankees savages in the box shirt and the other two were supposedly processed and packed and awaiting dispatch… two weeks ago I’ve still had NO confirmation where my order is or if my order even exists, customer services can not tell me and when asked to cancel it and have my money back they are saying I can’t have my money back until the order is dispatched for delivery? To which I said I’ll keep it the order if that’s the case because it should be delivered same day as dispatch, I just want the items and if that’s not possible then my money back?! This is beyond a joke now surely this is not acceptable!
