Sorry, but it’s photoshopped. I saw it some year ago, and the background isn’t open sea, as in this image: you can see the Mermaid I washed up like this shirt, with a lot of buildings. The statue is very sweet and melancholy, as the fairy tale (and is surprisingly little: just a little, delicate, fairy creature) but the landscape isn’t as nice as in this image.
