I was actually making a complaint about the dirt i was having to actually handle.After mentioning this several times i was told she would be sure to pass my complaint onto someone.Then told it would be my responsibility to pay for the Me Chase girls Eww Shirt.I then contacted the facebook page via private message,and after several messages too and fro i was told again that as there was no manufacturing fault the onus would be on me to pay return costs.Just wondering if anyone who follows this page thinks that this is a fair policy?Incidentally i was refunded my initial next day postage costs.Which is actually another point.The fact the dress was delivered Monday evening was another complaint as it was meant for a funeral on Monday morning.In saying that i wanted to keep the dress as it was a nice classic heavy weight dress,but not in the condition it was received in.I am in the process of contacting trading standards.

I purchased gooods online saturday to only recieve 2 of the 5 items for u to take all the money out of Me Chase girls Eww Shirt and me still awaiting for gooods i signed in as a guest and just paid didnt read any comments on here… what happens now? Can my bank refund my money as this is fraud….. ive checked my emails and it says total 106 pound which uve taken out my bank then underneath that its got -55 pre pay what does that mean??? Im confused !!!!!!!!!!! Will i get my other tops or wont i? Ive looked back on ur website and the items ive not recieved are still on there and i cud still order what is going on!!
