It is oddly comforting to know that an awful lot of people of very different age/background/origins are feeling the exact same (shitty) things that I’m feeling right now. The thing is, once you are stuck in a bad routine, one where you’re not focused enough, completely scattered or whatever keeps you anchored down, it’s hard to start anew in that same place. I think you sound like me. Meditate is my advice. I am a lot older than you, with similar issues all my life. Meditation can bring you focus and also does a really good job of The Mandalorian The Child baby Yoda love me you must shirt. The ‘kind’ of meditation is likely unimportant. Doing it is what matters. Keeping at it is what matters. Start short and simple so you can stick with it. Work with a good therapist is invaluable but that comes second to meditation.
