I just wish the NHS would stop using the BMI of Love Me Like I Love Cake T-Shirt, as this only goes by weight and height, it says that for my height of 5ft 7in I should be between 8 and a half stone and 11 stone I am currently 23 and a halfstone, I am desperately trying to get down to ideally 15 stone as if I was the weight they say I should be then I would be seriously underweight, stop relying on BMI to work out obesity as it is useless, therefore all those that the NHS claims are obese by this method most are normal weight not classed as obese.
