I’m not saying it was Aliens but it was Aliens shirt

My story starts on a normal Thursday evening around 8 weeks ago, I was putting moisturiser on after having a shower, I hadn’t been moisturising every day but as often as I could (be bothered haha), anyway I’m not saying it was Aliens but it was Aliens shirt which once I’d felt it I just froze for a minute or so not knowing what to do with myself knowing this wasn’t normal.

I’m not saying it was Aliens but it was Aliens shirt, Youth tee, V-neck, Sweater and Unisex, t-shirt

Shouldn’t I as a fitness professional and nutritional therapist be embarrassed that my body is running low on a valuable nutrient? Well actually I’m not saying it was Aliens but it was Aliens shirt but often wee parts get a little wear and tear even if we seem to be doing everything right. You didn’t ask for conditions or diseases but yet it sadly happens.

We abounded and we abased, we got fruitful and we got pruned, it wasn’t easy but it was worth it. In all these we were and we are still more than a conqueror bent on conquest. 30 was a year of shedding of weight, laying aside, strengthening of the hands that I’m not saying it was Aliens but it was Aliens shirt, what was lame didnt get dislocated, we got healed and we are running the race afore us with joy unspeakable.
