They turn to the ER’s and hospitals trying to fix what they know deep down is wrong.Β

The day we started calling patients “customers” it got worse. Yes. I’m there to serve the If I say something inappropriate I learned it from my uncle shirt. Guess our safety only matters as long as there isn’t any cost involved.

But am tired of the public verbally abusing us. It’s discouraging. We go beyond the call of duty to help them. We skip lunch and bathroom breaks to facilitate their needs.
