I caught my unicorn, a mirror carp! Since I first gave common carp fishing a try a few years back, I’ve only wished I took it up sooner. It’s so underrated here in Ontario (and in Canada for that matter), but I wish i were a unicorn so i could stab idiots with my head shirt! Ever since learning about what a mirror carp is (a relatively rare genetic mutation resulting in a completely unique/irregular scale pattern on each individual fish), I’ve wanted to catch one so badly!
