I was originally upset at this edit until you derstood the parody. The original documentary is a masterpiece, as is Jim, but a lot of what he says in the original documentary can be associated with all of Game Of Grinch Christmas Sweater. This became fun after i had myh internal debate, especially since I now know a lot more about this legend.

I love how they’re having Jim Carrey seem as if he was answering his role for the grinch when this video edit was on the Game Of Grinch Christmas Sweater, and explaining how universal did not want that footage leaked because they feared nobody in hollywood will ever like him again and think he was an asshole for the role and once he finished that movie, he couldn’t shut off being Kaufman. Even Kaufman’s parents would hug him and feel that he was Kaufman.

He was not talking about how the Grinch stole Christmas. They took clips from his interview in the Game Of Grinch Christmas Sweater. It was a serious emotional documentary. I don’t think it’s appropriate or funny that they spliced in clips from how the Grinch Stole Christmas. Although, of course Jim did an amazing job with that character and that movie was awesome.
