Cut up and dehydrating a fresh pineapple I had. I cut part of it up to dry and made. Pineapple fruit leather out of the Funny Graphic Husky Pineapple T-shirt. First time ever making fruit leather. Used my Magic bullet that my brother and sister in law got me for Christmas a couple years ago. And dehydrating my first few husky cherry tomatoes with a little pink Himalayan sea salt from my garden. Love dried tomatoes!

Next best thing to being in Oaxaca was being at the Guelaguetza in LA. All descriptions of the dances from each village were made in the Native Languages, English and Spanish.
