I am currently going for my Nursing right now. Best decision I ever made. Nurses are Angel’s on earth. I cant wait. I am so compassionate . People always say oh nurses make big bucks. My mom was a nurse. She worked the “grave yard shift”. Her uniform was a white dress, white stockings, white shoes & the very starched cap. Her cap was from Staten Island Hospital. The hospital that Every Nurse Has A Best Friend shirt from had their own unique cap. My mother was an excellent nurse & mother too.

For the first 16 years of my life I spent weeks in the hospitals and Every Nurse Has A Best Friend shirt. Back in the days nurses would give each and every child a back rub at bed time, I loved it. When I was 25 I was in the hospital and the nicest nurse walked in and said,”Hi Ellen do you remember me?” I did not, She said she had seen my name listed as a patient and had come to give me a back rub!!
