Lemme tell ya something. I grew up on the dead end of a dirt road. We saw animals get dumped al the dang time and as a tiny kid it made me cry and broke my heart. Still does! My parents owned a kennel in a very rural area when I was young child. I can remember some of the animals that were dumped on our property in the middle of the night.
