Oh gods, when my boy got his first shots, I cried right along with him. Like, really cried. Then I sat in the Charlie Brown and Snoopy Jeep paw dog shirt room and rocked and breastfed him until we were both happy again. Took about twenty damn minutes, and thank gods the pediatrician was understanding. XD He’s much better about his shots now, and so am I about him getting them!

My kids are 11 soon to be 12, 10 & 7…I hold their hands and make them look at me & we talk about whatever…name all the ponies, tell me all ur fave Brown and Snoopy Jeep paw dog shirt  or shopkins…sing twinkle twinkle little star…ask my son to name his fave video games…whatever to distract them…they handle it like troopers..kudos to this dad, he was there for his little man & comforted him & felt his pain…awesome!!
