I placed an order for 6 items on Saturday 12 hours later I get an email saying 2 items are out of stock a further 12 hours andanother item is out of stock so I am down to 3 items these are then dispatched. Yesterday evening I get a knock on the door it is the Hermes courier who is very apologetic as he hands me a black bag full of broken bits of pottery… yes the vase I had ordered has been put in a black plastic bag with a fragile sticker and no packaging around it the courier says I can refuse to accept the parcel which I did I’d like a FULL refund including the extortions £6.95 delivery charge and you can keep your goods… I’ll never shop at HOF again appalling service and from the messages on here I’ll be waiting a long time for a refund… I wonder why they don’t have a customer services number?? If you truly want to make the brand great again you need to take a leaf out of John Lewis book they have great customer service down to a fine art

Placed an order on 12th April, pre order for 14th April… Still showing as processing emailed twice & have Area 51 sep 2019 Veteran shirt. No contact number that works. This is an appalling way to run a business. Just a reply would be good so I can shop elsewhere instead I’m in the limbo of ‘am I or aren’t I’ going to get my order. Personally I think I’m going to get in touch with Watchdog.
