I will never shop with house of 65 Years of Elvis Presley 1954-2019 thank you for your music shirt! I ordered a pair of boots after paying a delivery charge. The boots are damaged. Dune confirmed they should never have passed quality control. I complained to house of Fraser over a week ago and they haven’t even got the decency to respond. Now to send the boots back I have to pay postage again! To return in-store they will only offer exchanges / credit notes. What a joke. Once a great store but now an absolutely awful shop. I wouldn’t want any exchange or credit note as I won’t ever use them again. A disgrace!

I placed an order online on 23rd November which I then cancelled via email (no contact number to call) the same day. The item which I cancelled has 65 Years of Elvis Presley 1954-2019 thank you for your music shirt. I have since sent two further emails to your customer service email address asking how I go about returning the item, receiving a refund and not having to pay postage for the return, as I did cancel the order immediately.
