100 Days Of Coffee Shirt

Today is day 41 of 100 days of only drinking water. I’ve ditched coffee, diet caffeine drinks, beer, wine and 100 Days Of Coffee Shirt else. In the past 41 days, I have had a couple cups of plain tea and that’s about it. I had some bottles of plain soda water, which I never much liked the taste of in the past but now are somehow very tasty. It’s part of my usually control my weight, which always goes crazy when I stop cycling.

I really didn’t want to do an approach today. From the moment I woke up to the moment I left the office for lunch I felt almost nauseous about the 100 Days Of Coffee Shirt of being locked into this challenge for another 92 days and wondered why on earth I’d started. Yesterday I felt like I was breaking through to another level of existence but today I felt more anxious and nervous than when I started and I honestly wanted out of it.

But I remembered why I started, decided to see the 100 Days Of Coffee Shirt through, and when I found myself in Pret ordering some midday sustenance, had the wild idea to ask the girl on the till if I could go back there and take a selfie while making a cup of coffee. She thought the idea was hilarious but said she’d need to ask her line manager who sadly didn’t see the funny side and said no. What she did do, however, was pose for a selfie and literally force me to take a free cup of coffee.
